HOW DO WE DO IT?
THE SILK ROAD
We import our dried chillies and peppercorns from Chengdu and produce our products in the UK. We wish they came on horseback along the silk road, but they come by boat, through the Suez Canal.
SICHUAN PEPPERCORNS
An essential element in a vast amount of Sichuan cooking. We use only the husk of the berry avoiding any bitter taste.
Inspired by the Southwest regions of Sichuan & Hunan.
Famous throughout Sichuan cuisine for their deep red colour and intense fragrance.
A medium heat perfect for our chilli oils.
