Heard of kimchi? Well, this is the new kid on the block. Fermented chillies with a rice wine tang making them the perfect match for any fish dish. We also love them in broths, sandwiches, noodles and on rice.

Chilli (83%), Baijiu rice wine (Water, sorghum, wheat, sweetcorn), Sea salt (4%) Ginger, Garlic, Cane sugar.

This product is gluten free due to the distilling process of Baijiu rice wine.
